Ann Maxey

Commercial Property & Resource Manager

Ann works with our property management team on many tasks and projects. In addition to managing the commercial property portfolio, Ann works with various departments throughout the company from leasing and acquisitions to marketing. She brings over 30 years of experience in accounting in various industries, business management experience, as well as experience in the medical, banking, and oil and gas industries.

 Ann joined U. L. Coleman Companies in March 2021.

Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in Shreveport.

Ann’s professional affiliations and designations include: REALTOR® licensed by Louisiana Real Estate Commission, National Association of REALTORS®, Louisiana REALTORS® Association, Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®.
