Linc Coleman, President of the U. L. Coleman Companies, has over forty years experience in commercial and investment real estate services, including commercial brokerage and leasing, asset and property management, and construction and development. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Business, and his Masters degree in Business Administration, both from Centenary College in Shreveport.

Linc also graduated from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Office of Executive Education’s Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate in the summer of 2004. Linc Coleman achieved the status of CCIM® (Certified Commercial Investment Member), awarded by RNMI® (REALTORS® National Marketing Institute), and was also designated as a CPM® (Certified Property Manager), by IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management).

Under his direction, the U. L. Coleman Companies have successfully competed to develop and manage facilities for IBM and Federal Express Corporations, among others. Linc’s management expertise is exemplified by the fact that U. L. Coleman Properties, Ltd. was the first property management company in North Louisiana to be certified by the Institute of Real Estate Management as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®).

David Lester is the Chief Financial Officer and heads the Accounting Department for the U. L. Coleman Companies. David joined the U. L. Coleman team as the accounting manager in October of 1988. David was appointed Controller in 1994 and served as a corporate officer for U. L. Coleman Company, Ltd. and U. L. Coleman Properties, LLC. His responsibilities include financial reporting, payroll, and data processing management. He has played an integral part in the tremendous growth of the company portfolio, and his leadership of the entire Accounting Department has played a key role in this accomplishment.

David is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. Professional affiliations include membership in two honorary business fraternities and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In 2000, David was selected by the U. L. Coleman Companies to receive the Distinguished Sales and Marketing Executives Award.

His experience prior to joining the company in 1988 was as a senior accountant with a Certified Public Accountants firm.

Cole Guthrie has over 18 years of real estate development experience and serves as the Vice President of Development and Construction. He leads the team on management and development from conception through completion. His previous business experience includes design and project management consulting for several national Master Planned Community developers. Cole focuses on creating enduring project solutions by developing a feasible budget and scheduling parameters to incorporate innovative components for unique and balanced projects.

Cole was voted one of the Chamber’s Top 40 business professionals under 40 in Northwest Louisiana. He is also a CPM® (Certified Property Manager), ACoM® (Accredited Commercial Manager), and ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager, by IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate (LEED GA®),  Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), a graduate of the Urban Land Institute Development Designation, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce. Cole earned a Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and an Executive MBA from LSU Shreveport.

Nancy is the Director of Human Resources for U.L. Coleman Companies. She participates in developing policies and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, recruitment, and employee services and communication. Nancy has over twenty years of Human Resources experience in various industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, call centers, and health care. She joined the ULCC team in March of 2021.

Nancy received her BA from Park University in Parkville, MO, with a double major in Business/Human Resources and Social Psychology. She received her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University. Nancy is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resources Management.

Jay is a seasoned and accomplished marketing professional with over 25 years of experience working for some of the most respected and well-known brands around the globe. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to U. L. Coleman Companies, where he joined the team in May of 2019 as the Marketing Director.

In his role, Jay is responsible for overseeing and directing all marketing efforts within the company, including digital marketing and automation projects, social media management, PR and branding campaigns, and communication materials at both the corporate and property level. His expertise and creativity are evident in the successful campaigns he has led and the results he has achieved for the company.

Jay is known for his strong leadership skills and his ability to thrive in challenging environments. He is dedicated to expanding the company’s reach and is constantly seeking new opportunities to showcase the company’s strengths. He is a creative problem-solver and is always looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Jay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, which gives him a unique perspective and skill set that allows him to lead the company’s marketing initiatives with a creative and strategic approach. He is a valuable asset to the U. L. Coleman Companies team and his contributions to the company have been invaluable.

As the Portfolio Operations Director at U.L. Coleman Properties, LLC, McCord Coleman oversees both multifamily and commercial property portfolios. With 8 years of experience in property management, he plays a key role in ensuring the operational success and financial performance of the company’s diverse portfolio.

Throughout his tenure, McCord has spearheaded transformative initiatives that have streamlined operations and enhanced the company’s market presence. He has recently led the implementation of new property management software, optimizing workflows and improving communication across teams. McCord consistently seeks innovative solutions to enhance property performance, improve tenant satisfaction, and drive long-term value for both the company and its clients.

In his daily role, McCord navigates the complexities of both multifamily and commercial properties, overseeing everything from leasing and maintenance to strategic financial planning. A dedicated leader, he fosters a culture of ownership and accountability within the team, driving results and growth for the organization.

McCord graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration. He is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS® (NWLAR). He is currently a CCIM candidate pursuing the designation.

Arnold Cannon joined U. L. Coleman Companies in the spring of 2005 specializing in commercial brokerage. On a daily basis, he is reviewing property in the Shreveport area for clients to ensure their business needs are met, maintaining current contacts for new listings, and finding new ones.

Arnold is a graduate of Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, and the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®. He is also a Notary Public for Caddo Parish. He has also begun his course studies in becoming a CCIM® designee.

Before beginning his second career in Commercial Real Estate, Arnold was the past owner and president of A & I Warehouse, Inc. His company owned and operated several locations in Marshall, Texas, and the Shreveport/Bossier City area, specializing in automotive parts and supplies distribution.

Stacy Waters is the Senior Area Manager and is responsible for both multifamily and commercial property management portfolios, including marketing, training, overseeing surveys and follow-up actions, assisting in new property management account acquisition, and managing the on-site hiring.

Stacy joined the U.L. Coleman team as a floating leasing agent in July of 2000. She was promoted quickly and took an Assistant Manager position at Pier/Landing just a short month later. In 2002, she began training for a supervisory position and soon joined the Central Office team as an Area Manager.

Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism from Northwestern State University, and she is a designated Notary Public for the State of Louisiana. In 2003, Stacy has conferred the Accredited Residential Manager, ARM®, certification, and obtained her Certified Property Manager CPM® designation. She is a graduate of the 2005 Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and served as Membership Chair for the Young Professionals Initiative from 2007 to 2009. Recently, Stacy was recognized as one of the 40 under 40 Top Young Professionals in NW Louisiana.

Debbie Weaver joined the U. L. Coleman team as the Assistant Manager of Raintree Apartments in September of 2006. She was quickly promoted to Manager in June of 2008, first at Millicent Crossing Apartments, and then transferred to Raintree Apartments. In 2011, she earned the Accredited Residential Manager, ARM®, certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Debbie managed another property beginning in August of 2012 and earned Manager of the Year there in 2014. Debbie is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance at LSU Shreveport. She currently serves as an Area Manager, overseeing several different properties in Shreveport/Bossier, Marshall, and Longview. 

Harley Waters is a dynamic professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Northwestern State University. With experience in various roles, she brings adaptability and problem-solving skills to her work. Harley’s keen understanding of different industries allows her to bridge gaps and foster collaboration between teams. Committed to excellence, she is positioned to make significant contributions to the success of U.L. Coleman.

Currently, Harley is responsible for maintaining Property Management’s schedule, taking meeting minutes, ensuring effective communication through systems like Smartsheet, and providing support to the Vice President of Property Management. Her expertise in data management, project coordination, and document production enhances the delivery of exceptional service by Property Managers. With her diverse background and strong organizational skills, Harley Waters is a valuable asset to U.L. Coleman. Her proactive mindset and commitment to excellence contribute to the seamless operations and success of the team.

Mia is a driven professional currently enrolled in U.L. Coleman’s management training program. With a major in finance and a minor in marketing from the University of Arkansas, Mia brings a strong educational background to her role.

As part of the training program, Mia will complete a rotation in all departments, learning all aspects of operations and being mentored by the leadership team. She will work closely with all team members to gain firsthand experience and understand the day-to-day functions of each group. Mia’s training also involves analyzing and writing reports, strategic planning, and special projects. These tasks will allow her to further develop her abilities in areas such as marketing, asset and property management, and finance. Mia’s dedication to learning and her educational background in finance and marketing position her to contribute effectively to U.L. Coleman’s success as she progresses through the management training program.

Jeb Womack joined the company in January 2022 as the Financial Analyst in our Asset Management Department.

As a financial analyst, Jeb primarily focuses on analyzing potential developments and acquisitions, as well as other assigned research projects. He aids in investment analysis and various asset management activities, such as capital financing and asset valuation. His work includes conducting pro forma analyses across diverse real estate property types, providing opinions of value, and preparing detailed market research reports. One of his primary roles is to help drive the growth of the company.

Jeb graduated from Louisiana State University in Shreveport with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in Financial Analysis. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and a member of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®. Jeb has also completed a Postgraduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics through the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he has completed all four courses of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) program and plans to sit for the comprehensive exam in Spring 2026. 

Anna Lester is a dedicated Marketing Specialist at UL Coleman Companies, where she plays a pivotal role in marketing and graphic design efforts. Since joining the team in 2024, Anna has expertly managed social media accounts, content creation, ad development, reputation management, and both print and digital design. Supporting the Marketing Director, she assists with promotional efforts, creation of the company newsletter, and various internal and external tasks.

Anna’s professional journey began in university communications and the nonprofit sector, bringing a diverse background to her current role. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a minor in Graphic Design. Anna’s strong artistic foundation and keen creative eye have been instrumental in her success.

Motivated by a relentless drive for excellence and personal growth, Anna continually seeks to enhance her knowledge and creativity. She finds it rewarding to see the tangible results of her work and the subsequent success. Anna’s creativity, positivity, efficiency, organization, kindness, and collaborative spirit are key personal qualities that contribute to her professional achievements. She steadfastly upholds the core values of integrity and honesty in all her endeavors.

Dennis Procell adds 40 years of residential, commercial, and multifamily construction experience to the U. L. Coleman Companies credentials. He began his career with the company in 1995 and is the General Superintendent for Sequoia Construction.

Some of Dennis’ job responsibilities include supervision of on-site personnel, coordination, oversight of multifamily renovations, estimating, tenant build-outs, and development and coordination of project scheduling.

Some of the major projects Dennis has spearheaded for Sequoia include the Greenwood Welcome Center, Fort Humbug Indoor Firing Range, Louisiana State Exhibit Museum Building, Girl Scouts Pelican Council headquarters, and Independence Stadium.

Kevin Gullatt serves as a Project Manager at U.L. Coleman Companies, bringing nearly 14 years of construction industry experience. He facilitates various projects on the company’s managed properties, handling everything from estimating and budgeting to project completion. Kevin’s prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at U.L. Coleman Companies and spending seven years with a concrete contractor in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. He rejoined U.L. Coleman Companies in December 2020.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with minors in Business Administration and Technical Sales. In his role, he inspects, estimates, bids, and oversees projects of various sizes, ranging from multi-million-dollar renovations to small concrete sidewalk replacements. Notable projects under his management include the Fern Crossing Apartments Renovation and the Highcrest Apartments Exterior Renovation. Kevin is also recognized for his contributions to construction processes and providing guidance to the Property Management team.

Motivated by his family and a strong sense of personal responsibility, Kevin finds great reward in daily interactions and continuous learning from new challenges. His success is attributed to his attention to detail, task-oriented approach, and core values of honesty, integrity, quality, and teamwork. These qualities have helped him achieve significant professional milestones, including receiving the Highest Award for Achievement at the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course and graduating from the Greater Shreveport Leadership Program in 2022.

Wendy Ball provides administrative and marketing support to the construction department. Her duties include drafting contracts and change orders, coding and processing invoices, and handling permit documents for the building and zoning process. Wendy also drafts Requests for Proposal and solicits bids, prepares purchase orders for labor and material and researches sources, and obtains quotes for materials.

She has six years’ work experience in a construction environment. Wendy assisted in managing approximately 20 consultant contracts totaling up to $4 Million at any given time. She was responsible for tracking contract status from issuing through closing the contract and creating and monitoring work task orders under active agreements. She has worked with both private companies and local, state, and federal municipalities. Additionally, Wendy was a  Human Resources Specialist for over six years and an Executive Assistant for over 15 years.

Camille LaPrairie joined the U.L. Coleman team in 2007 as an Assistant Accountant.  In 2021, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Louisiana State University-Shreveport and was promoted to Staff Accountant of Multi-Family Operations.  She also has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Arkansas.

She is responsible for multiple operational aspects of Multi-Family Property Management such as setting up new properties, setting up new income codes for better financial reporting, and maintaining and updating procedural and accounting functions for all properties.  She is responsible for the accounting of nine multi-family properties and two commercial properties.  She is the main contact for multi-family for reconciliation of resident accounts and issues arising with the computer software and web portal.

Other responsibilities include management fee calculation, bank reconciliation and conducting training for property managers in the use of software procedures.

In 2014, she was selected to participate in the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and has completed numerous seminars and training courses.

Britney Waters joined U. L. Coleman Companies, June 6, 2012, as the staff accountant for the company. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and Business at Centenary College of Louisiana. Britney’s responsibilities with the company include maintaining and handling the utility billings and payments for all properties and affiliated accounts, bank reconciliations, stock investment portfolio reconciliations, credit collection accounts, monthly & quarterly accounting reports for select properties, and assisting with the accounts payable. Britney is currently preparing for and working toward earning her CPA license.

Monica is a Staff Accountant, responsible for accounting tasks such as monthly & quarterly apartment and commercial financial reporting, Sequoia Construction payables, apartment and storage property audits, and accounting projects for various entities.

Monica joined the UL Coleman Team in October of 2019.

She graduated with her Bachelor Degree of Science in Accounting from Centenary College of Louisiana.

Richard Goff started with the U.L. Coleman Companies in March of 1999 handling Accounts Receivable. He is responsible for delinquency collections of the commercial portfolio, reports, cash management, and manual checks. He also prepares preliminary accounts for some of the properties and computes the leasing commissions due to our commercial agents.

His previous experience is as a loan manager with Consumer Credit Counseling Services. He also gained management experience during his time with the Money Store and Globe Loan Services.

Richard also handles IT problems for the company. He enjoys maintaining and troubleshooting computers. He gives training sessions on various programs, as well as individual assistance to associates.

Tiffany has been a valued addition to the U.L. Coleman family since 2022. She began her tenure as a member of the administrative staff. However, her extensive eighteen-year background in customer service and enthusiastic approach to learning led to a rapid promotion within the company’s Accounting Department, where she now holds the position of Accounts Payable Specialist.

In her current role, Tiffany is responsible for verifying, processing, and reconciling invoices for U. L. Coleman Companies, U. L. Coleman Properties, and Sequoia Construction. Her efficient and timely handling of these tasks ensures smooth financial operations for the organization.

Originally from a small town in Ohio, Tiffany has been a resident of Shreveport for the past eleven years, making it her home and contributing her skills and expertise to the local business community.

Ruth serves as administrative support and also assists with all needs of the President. 

Following the sudden retirement of her predecessor, Ruth willingly stepped into the role to assure processes would continue efficiently while expecting a seasoned replacement would soon be hired.  She eagerly performed the responsibilities demonstrating a noted level of professionalism, aptitude and, in a few short months was officially promoted to the position.

Ruth graduated with her bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in the Fall of 2022.
