Headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana, U. L. Coleman Companies currently manages over 2.7 million square feet of commercial and multifamily property throughout Shreveport, Bossier City, and various Texas cities. We are proud to employ over 150 associates in a wide range of positions, all of whom are committed to the U. L. Coleman values and goals. As the first real estate company in North Louisiana to be designated as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) by IREM, we have continued to accrue industry accolades, including LEED certification of sustainability, the NAA Major Rehab Community of the Year Award, and the J. Pat Beaird Industry of the Year Award.
