Debbie Weaver, ARM®

Area Manager

Debbie Weaver joined U. L. Coleman Companies as the Area Manager of the Multi-family team and will oversee several different properties in Shreveport/Bossier and Longview.

Debbie joined the U. L. Coleman team as the Assistant Manager of Raintree Apartments in September of 2006. She was quickly promoted to Manager in June of 2008, first at Millicent Crossing Apartments, and then transferred to Raintree Apartments. In 2011, she earned the Accredited Residential Manager, ARM®, certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Most recently, she has been managing one of our larger properties, Pier/Landing Apartments since August of 2012 and earned Manager of the Year there in 2014. Debbie is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance at LSU Shreveport.
