Welcome Cliff LeBlanc

Cliff LeBlanc, III joined U. L. Coleman Companies as a REALTOR® in the commercial leasing and brokerage department. Cliff moved from the Director of Information Systems and Telecommunications at Columbia Highland Hospital to Christus Healthcare in November of 1999. At Christus Healthcare, Cliff quickly moved up from Regional Information Officer to Administrator and finally to Vice President of Regional Management Services where, in addition to his other duties he was responsible for new construction, facilities management and tenant relations. From there, he moved to Willis Knighton Health System as Vice President and Administrator of Willis Knighton Bossier Health Center. Most recently, Cliff created his own investment partnership at LeBlanc Holdings, LLC, where he directed selective commercial real estate investment in and cost effective management of under performing commercial property in order to increase asset value and investment return.

Cliff earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and has taken coursework towards a master’s degree from Louisiana State University-Shreveport and Centenary College. He prides himself on being active in the community, including being President and founding member of the Shreveport Council of Neighborhoods Organization, Past President and current Board member of Historic South Highlands Neighborhood Association and Past President and Board member of Bossier Parish Community College Foundation as well as an Ark-La-Tex Ambassador of Northwest Louisiana Board Member. As an active member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church where he serves on the Strategic Planning Committee and Parish Finance Council. He is also on the Board of Trustees at Loyola College Prep where his two sons, Harris and Lucas attend.

Cliff will be representing owners, buyers and sellers of commercial property who desire to maximize their return on investment in the current market. Cliff’s approach is strategic with an emphasis on customer service and communication. This diligent and thoughtful approach allow him to exceed client goals and expectations.
