Kristi Higginbotham joined U. L. Coleman Companies, June 20, 2017 as the Construction Coordinator for Sequoia. Kristi has over 20 years of construction and has honed several skills in the construction area, including vendor coordination, submittals, and spreadsheet and database inputs.
Kristi started out in the construction field at McInnis Brothers Construction in 2008. While there, she prepared all scopes of work, including production and submission of subcontracts, submittals, updating and tracking all RFI’s and reviewing and preparing all necessary change order requests, ensuring validity of pricing and consistency of presentation to the owner, as well as Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board. In 2011, she became the On-site Project Management Assistant for the construction of the Margaritaville Casino in Bossier City, Louisiana and was there for the entire construction job, from the ground breaking to the grand opening in 2013. Kristi also worked for Vermillion Painting and Construction as the Project Assistant/Bid Coordinator where she managed the production of bid submission to customers and provided general administrative support to the team.
