Kelsey Kveder joined U. L. Coleman Companies on July 5, 2016, as the Human Resources Specialist. Kelsey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration from Louisiana State University in Shreveport. She is currently working on finishing her Masters in Human Resource Management and should graduate with her degree in December of this year from LSUS.
Kelsey had her first job at Landers Dodge as their receptionist while she was working on her undergraduate degree. She was then contracted through Jean Simpson for Blount Bros., where she learned the day to day operations including accounts payable, data entry, payroll, and customer service. She has also gained knowledge in employee training, interacting with various vendors and subcontractors, recruitment and hiring, developing company policies and legal requirements, and creating company mission statements and objectives.
