Framing construction is well underway on Coates Bluff at Wright Island, U. L. Coleman’s newest 252 luxury unit multi-family development. Construction on the first available units will include five residential buildings and a clubhouse; the developer anticipating a May completion. Infrastructure (parking, sidewalks, driveways and all utilities) is on schedule. Cole Guthrie, development manager, is looking forward to this spring, “It’s the perfect season to launch our newest community; especially when we are introducing so much innovation to the Shreveport/Bossier City area and so many features at the same time.” He adds, “For anyone making the decision to live here, it’s going to be something special.” Leasing starts in March.
