Ashley is the Asset Management Analyst at U. L. Coleman Companies. She joined the company in September 2016 as the Asset Management Specialist and was quickly promoted to Analyst in 2017. She works in the Asset Management department with acquisitions, developments, and other research, preparing market research reports, assisting with pro-formas and opinions of value, and analysis of real estate transactions in support of the company’s business growth.
Olivia is the Accounts Payable Clerk, responsible for various accounting operations of the company, including maintaining property invoices and payments, bank reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly accounting reports for select properties.
Olivia joined the U. L. Coleman team as an Accounting Intern in December 2016. She was promoted quickly and took the Accounts Payable Clerk position at the Central Office.
