They provided an overview of Coates Bluff, the land development process, design, construction loan, LEED, Green Globes, and permanent financing.
Today’s session provided these great students with the essential skills to evaluate investments in income apartment property, financial setup, and cash flow analysis to make well-informed investment decisions.
