Scotty Jones • Executive Vice President, REALTOR®

Scotty Jones joined U. L. Coleman Properties in 1981 as Property Manager, was named Vice President of U. L. Coleman Properties, Ltd. in 1982, and Executive Vice President in 1990. He was named Vice President of the U. L. Coleman Company, Ltd. and Sequoia Construction, Ltd. in 1990. Under his expert management, the company’s portfolio includes approximately 3,000 multi-family units. Including the commercial portfolio of office, warehouse, and retail space, Scotty oversees a portfolio of close to three million square feet. He also has a very successful brokerage record with multi-family developments. Scotty is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management(IREM®), the International Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA®), and a member of the Louisiana REALTORS® Association. He is also a member of the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a degree in Finance; and his previous experience includes ownership in a timber company, as well as banking experience. |

Shannon Hollier • Portfolio Property Manager

Shannon Hollier holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeast Louisiana University, Monroe, and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana, Monroe. He is also a graduate of the Shreveport Leadership Program and is a candidate for the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. Shannon joined the U. L. Coleman Companies in 2002, completing a year long comprehensive management training program requiring exposure and participation in all departments. Shannon was promoted to Portfolio Property Manager of the multi-family division and oversees the day-to-day management of its portfolio. His responsibilities include negotiating and monitoring all service contracts, conducting on-site property audits, coordinating the annual budgeting process, and reviewing monthly accounting for all managed properties. In addition, Shannon assists the Executive Vice President with projects such as refinancing and the acquisition of investment property. |

Stacy Waters, ARM®, CPM® • Area Manager

Stacy Waters has been affiliated with the U. L. Coleman Companies since June of 2000. She joined the multifamily management staff as a floating manager, and was promoted to the position of Assistant Apartment Manager of a large Shreveport apartment community in the fall of 2000. In February of 2002, Stacy was promoted again to the central office management team, where she now serves as a Area Manager. In this position, Stacy supervises the day-to-day operations of the multi-family communities managed by the U. L. Coleman Companies and is involved in training of new managers and assistant managers. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism from Northwestern State University. She is a designated Notary Public for the State of Louisiana. In 2003, Stacy was conferred the Accredited Residential Manager, ARM®, certification and is currently a Certified Property Manager CPM® designation in 2008. She is a graduate of the 2005 Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and served as Membership Chair for the Young Professionals Initiative from 2007 to 2009. Last year Stacy was recognized as one of the 40 under 40 Top Young Professionals in NW Louisiana. |

Cami Bradford • Area Manager

Cami Bradford joined the Multifamily Property Department of The U.L. Coleman Companies in January of 2007, as Residential Property Supervisor. Her property management background includes the lease-up and day-to-day operations of newly built multifamily communities as well as the full renovation of older ones. Her responsibilities with The U.L. Coleman Companies include; overseeing the day-to-day operations of several such communities, developing and maintaining annual budgets, coaching and training employees. Prior to joining The U. L. Coleman Companies, Cami Bradford was employed by Heritage Properties of Madison, Mississippi; Landmark Management Group of Jackson, Mississippi; and TriVest Residential of Dallas, Texas. Cami is a 2009 graduate of Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program and plans to begin her Accredited Residential Manager, ARM® certification. |

Tracey Clark • Area Manager

Tracey Clark, a Shreveport native, has been a member of U. L. Coleman Companies team since 2004. She joined the multi-family staff as an Assistant Manager for a large Bossier City apartment community and was promoted to Property Manager for another U. L. Coleman Companies community in 2005. Tracey was promoted again to the central office team in 2008, where she now serves as Area Manager. Her job duties include supervising on-site management, coaching and training employees, and maintaining yearly budget goals. Tracey attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport, where she majored in Business Management, and plans to begin her Accredited Residential Manager, (ARM®), Certification. Her previous job experience encompasses 10 years of retail management experience.

Jeff Roach • Maintenance Director

Originally from Shreveport, Jeff Roach started his career with the U. L. Coleman Companies in 1991 as the Maintenance Supervisor at Chaparral Apartments. Also during that year, Jeff received his HVAC Certification from the Ayers Institute. He was later promoted to Assistant Maintenance Director for the entire multi-family portfolio, and became the Maintenance Director in 2004. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, Jeff oversees all of the maintenance supervisors and assistants, checks to make sure that the properties are up to make-ready standards, ensures that heating and air conditioning units are installed in accordance with local laws, and monitors all HVAC permits. He also heads up safety meetings and assists with troubleshooting when needed. Previously, Jeff sold real estate, earning his license in 1985. He also has worked for the City of Bossier in the Maintenance Mechanic II position, along with several other positions that have added to his credentials. In addition to his work experience, Jeff graduated with his Master Mechanical License in HVAC in 1997 and completed the Dale Carnegie Training in 2005. |

Mona Randall • Administrative Assistant

Mona Randall began as the Administrative Assistant of the multi family division of the U. L. Coleman Companies in 1990, and currently has extensive experience as an administrative assistant in real estate. She works directly with the Executive Vice President and the Property Supervisors, while maintaining personal contact with all the apartment managers and assistant managers through the U. L. Coleman portfolio. She is primarily responsible for worker’s compensation claims, contractor’s insurance coverage, and insurance liability claims. She is instrumental in the success of the multi-family division. Prior to joining the company, Mona worked for another commercial real estate company for 10 years, providing administrative support for the company president. |
