Wayne Roper became affiliated with the U. L. Coleman Companies in November 2005 as a Commercial Property Manager. Wayne works on several different projects, such as establishing a preventive maintenance tracking system through a specialized software program, assisting in the preparation of property budgets, and conducting property inspections. He also coordinates various maintenance projects and assists in the daily management of the commercial properties in the portfolio. 

He has been involved in property management in the Shreveport/Bossier City area since 1978. From 1978 to 2001, Wayne was the Facility Manager for First National Bank and later for Bank One Banking Centers. He was responsible for up to 51 Bank One locations in Louisiana and East Texas.

Wayne has been active in the local Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA®), for which he has served as Secretary/Treasurer, President, and on the Board of Directors. He received his Real Estate Property Administrator’s designation and holds a State of Louisiana Real Estate License. He is also a member of the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, Arkansas.
