Roger Clark joined the Asset Management division of the U. L. Coleman Companies in the spring of 2001 as the Senior Market Analyst and was promoted to Director in December of 2003.

His responsibilities include the preparation of market research reports, mortgage banking for company assets, the analysis of real estate transactions in support of company marketing and loan originations in support of company acquisitions, developments, and refinancing of existing loans.

Prior to joining the company, Roger’s career was primarily concentrated in the banking industry. He worked for various banks in Texas, Georgia, and Louisiana for over fifteen years, with focus on financial analysis, retail profiling, auditing, and reporting. He also worked in management for the cashier department of a local riverboat casino organization.

Roger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in management and human resources from the University of Texas at Arlington. Roger is a member of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Stacy Odom joined the Commercial Department of the U.L. Coleman Companies in 2004, bringing with her over 15 years of diversified experience in asset management and market analysis. She earned her B.B.A in Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and Louisiana.

Professionally, Stacy is a member of the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, the Commercial Investment Division of the Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. She is currently pursuing her CCIM designation.

Stacy's civic activities currently include serving on the executive boards of the Samaritan Counseling Center and Friends of Magnet High School as well as membership in the Shreveport Leadership Program and Junior League of Shreveport/Bossier. She also volunteers her time grant writing for various non-profit organizations.

Daniel originally came to work for the U.L. Coleman Companies as an office intern in 2005. After graduating in 2006 from Louisiana State University at Shreveport with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Administration, he became the Management Trainee. Daniel was promoted to Market Analyst in the Fall of 2009.

His responsibilities include analyzing real estate markets for development and acquisitions, serving on the site selection team, locating and evaluating prospective tenants for office and retail properties, and producing natural gas drilling and leasing activity reports.

Daniel is a 2007 Greater Shreveport Leadership Program graduate. He is a licensed real estate associate and a member of Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors.
