  • Type of Property:
    Apartment Communities (minimum typically 150 units)
    Office Buildings (minimum of 50,000 sq. ft.)
    Neighborhood and Community Retail Centers
    Warehouse, Office Service Facilities

  • Acquisition Parameters:
    Trade area with minimum population of 70,000
    Class A and B product and location
    Properties less than 20 years old
    Single property transactions or multiple property portfolios

  • Region:
    South Central and Southwest United States

  • Investment Structure:
    All cash or subject to existing financing
