Pettiette, Construction Manager. Sequoia has completed such notable projects as an international award winning five-story office building in Shreveport, two luxury garden apartment communities, as well as expansions and refurbishing of other properties in Louisiana, and Texas, the renovation of five historic buildings in downtown Shreveport, the construction management of two office/service center buildings, a large warehouse distribution facility, and the major renovation of a high rise apartment building.

David
Pettiette has over 20 years experience in providing construction
management and engineering services for commercial centers and
mid-sized industrial developments. He graduated with a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Construction from Northeast Louisiana
University in Monroe, Louisiana and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Psychology from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe,
Louisiana.
David Pettiette currently leads Sequoia Construction, LLC in
providing design and site planning, construction management, and
general contracting services for commercial office buildings,
office service centers, apartment communities, industries,
government facilities, historic renovation, rehabilitation, and
interior tenant finish for existing buildings. Sequoia
Construction, LLC often provides consulting and
market/feasibility analysis services, site selection and
research, property acquisition, and master planning for clients
who desire their services.
David is a
licensed Louisiana Licensed General Contractor and a State of
Florida Board Certified General Contractor.
HEATH RHEAY, PROJECT MANAGER, SEQUOIA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C.
In the spring of 2001, Heath Rheay joined The U. L. Coleman Companies as Project Manager for Sequoia Construction, L.L.C. As Project Manager, he assists the Vice President of Sequoia in providing design and site planning, construction management, and general contracting services for all types of commercial projects.
Prior to joining The U. L. Coleman Companies, Heath Rheay served as Project Manager for The Neenan Company in Denver, Colorado, managing all phases of commercial construction projects. Previously, he worked as Job Captain for an architectural firm where he was responsible for the design, development, and management of medium to large health care facility and senior living center projects. He is also an experienced CAD system manager. Heath Rheay was a distinguished graduate of Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas, with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. He is a former adjunct instructor of design at Arapaho Community College, and previously served on the Design Build Committee for the Denver/American Institute of Architects, the Design Awards Committee for the Dallas/American Institute of Architects, and the Young Architects/Associates Forum for the Dallas/American Institute of Architects.
